An OK unit, but ultimately too weak to be worth it. Short and medium-range values of 9 and 8 are excellent for 6 points, but 6 dice at long range is just too little to use on anything bigger than an armored car or half-track. Quick Swivel means that you can really beat up some light armor on defensive fire, but due to the poor mobility of the gun you will be using it very sparingly. The 2-Pounder's greatest strength is its cost, and you might want to consider it for some cheap anti-armor in an infantry-heavy squad for that reason, but if you are even bringing in an anti-tank gun, you want it to hit harder than this.
