While unit choice wise I would rather have seen one of france's older BB's like a Lorraine, bretagne or paris but being an unfinished richilieu sister you know your in for a powerful unit.
Trading Excellent spotting for AA barrage and a flag one but coming in at an extra point and later year limit this unit certainly doesn't replace Richilieu but gives you different options. For the most part I prefer the Rich but if you need the AA bump or that flag 1 can come in handy this is an option.
