This guy is a great little addition to any Canadian army. Solid all-around attack values, a strong init boost, and the Improved Accuracy CA. The extension of Medium Range to 6 hexes is huge; now your riflemen can be shooting opponents one or two turns before they can return fire. I have also found it to be very useful with artillery also. And this is all for 7 points. You can't go wrong with the Eagle-Eyed NCO.
