Lobukia
While an okay cruiser if you've got nothing else to use as a destroyer/light-cruiser interdictor, the D'Aosta is a stripped down Eugenio di Savoia that will save you a point, and not give you much for the investment. It will do its job as an escort, but if you've got the extra point, upgrade.
ROUS
this is the 12 cost cruiser that makes the ZARA look so good. Thus unit shares a class with Euginio Sav, and a class limit of 2. anyone who owns this unit should feel free to write directly on the card "ESTABLISH SCREEN" and "ESCORT KILLER" and change the 12 to a 13. Without this essential modification, this unit is a never play.
