Fiume: The niche here is quite simple, desperate AA giving this unit for 1 turn 8AA. Having the very capable Zara's stat line Fiume will be ideal for boosting AA in either objective rush (with EDS) or torpedo (with CN's) sectors. Italy needs all the AA help it can get.
