Ohka Betty: This is a hard unit to review, on one hand I don't think its as effective a game unit by itself as a Condor or Do-217 but on the other hand being able to make what is essentially the ASM attack against the USN is extremely useful especially when you can boost it with an emily and Tone to 12 dice making it quite powerful. A good option for open year games.
