Here is something vastly different for the UK in a late war DD. Improved radar an SA that makes USS Cleveland a staple in many builds, 6 AA ties it for best commonwealth DD and destroyer leader a nice initiative bonus for them as well. With Barfleur's gunnery improved radar won't be as potent as it is on something like cleveland but the solid stat lines, initiative bonus and new twist of improved radar will certainly see this played along with the stord, algonquin, saumaurez, arunta etc for the commonwealth but not replacing any of them.
