A good unit to pair up with the new Queen Mary, carlisle adds another anti air specialist to the commonwealth while 6AA is less then Atlanta and Ooyodo it can deal with much of the euro axis aircraft its going to encounter and on average should be able to handle 4armor. The rest of its stats are quite weak for a cruiser both gunnery and durability wise and it lacks torpedo's but none the less it is an interesting alternative to Blyskawicka with guard the convoy and light cruiser durability .
