For the points this is the commonwealths most playable carrier, while it lacks gunnery and has weak durability having 2 cap for 12 points makes this perfect for basing your martlets to either go with your sunderlands/wellingtons on the land air base or as a secondary carrier with your more important bombers on another primary carrier.
