While many Set I cruisers have since been judged too vulnerable to offset their point costs and abilities, Exeter could be an exception, especially if a lucky roll of the dice grants her extra life via the Determination SA. More than once a successful Determination roll has been the difference for me between losing an objective and keeping it under contention. A useful torpedo armament is nice too. She's far from a wonder-ship, however, and failed Determination rolls can mean a quick end to Exeter's game.
Plastic Figure Notes:

Not the best quality mini, even for a cruiser. County and Leander class sculpts are much better.
