This ship is what the HMS Kent was to Task Force. Stats aren't too impressive, as it lacks the secondaries, AA, and range 2 torpedoes that we love on British light cruisers. Bad Weather fighter and Raider Hunter are good additions, but won't really see any action unless in a scenario that calls for it. Bring HMS Sheffield in instead.
Vergilius Powergaming Evaluation
Yet another cruiser devoted to the purpose of killing destroyers. The main guns and destroyer SA make it useful in this role, but the UK has plenty of other choices while flag-1 adds little that does not appear on several other ships. Losing AA and torpedo values makes the unit less versatile. Bad Weather Fighter is nice, but the unit seems better as a basic 10 point unit. Powergaming Grade: D
