Here's a unit that has couple of really nice SA's, but is perhaps too specialized to see a whole lot of action. The benefits of Escort Killer are obvious; if you think the enemy will bring a handful (or indeed a swarm) of smaller ships, then Kent is a great choice. Unfortunately, without torpedoes, Kent poses no real problems for battleships, so her best use in games without enemy destroyers is probably to try to use Shadow Battleship to sneak onto a lightly contested objective.
