If you had to give one reason to buy this deck, this unit would be it. Extremely cheap, it brings 4 attacks for surface phase, countering smoke builds, and getting Torpedo Protection, which while not being as good as Torpedo Defense is still very good. This unit is raw swarm power, works as a cheap (as far as battleships go) escort for carrier builds, an excellent second battleship for battleship builds, and is rugged enough to last through multiple sub attacks. All of this on a 38 point unit. You really cannot do wrong by bringing it. Japan may have the Haguro, but Britain has the Renown. A+
