There is a good chance this unit was made purely to destroy LL builds. Not only can it drive off those pesky destroyers with LLs, but it can take and survive a LL half the time. Add in an ASW attack that will give out ASW harassment, and the first and only Dutch cruiser with torpedoes, and you have a great unit. Its only limiting factors are a class limit of 2, and that it is Dutch not American or British. Still, expect to see this unit. A
