A cheap ship to field, but has nothing really going for it. It's SA is hardly ever used, as +1 to all offensive stats isn't that great considering its low base stats. Like many of her sister dutch units, this unit rarely sees action.

Tincancaptain: (after Condition Zebra)
Nothing special torpedoes are underwhelming, guns nothing to call home about, AA is at least descent, and ASW leaves something to be desired. Protect cripple maybe useful but it is also limited. 7/10

Plastic Figure Notes:

The body is thinner than other destroyers and has a tendency to bend and twist. Also, it's large protruding antenna constantly gets bent out of shape
