Azrael

Inazuma: It's been a long time since a unit has been completely bare SA wise but in this case it just makes Inazuma all the more efficient. While it doesn't have LL torpedoes a 3/2/2 torpedo stat line is the envy of every other navy in WAS, this is a great alternative to matsu as a cheap DD torpedo option and will provide the IJN with more fleet building options the only small side note I would make is having some LL in your build with range 3 torpedoes and some Inazuma for example with range 2 regular torpedoes could have some synergy effects on your fleet in the battle.
