The Soviet Union's large submarine force gets a reinforcement at last. Over all this is just yet another normal 3/6/2 submarine. If does bring the advantage of mines, but lacks infiltrator to be actually useful with its mines. 12 points seems like a stretch on this unit, as by the time she can actually use those mines truly effectively, she will already be needed to use her torpedoes, which are also oddly low for 10 tubes. She does bring some new flexibility to the Soviet Navy, but her high cost hurts her over all. C-
