Vergilius Powergaming Evaluation:
Sister to the Koln and Karlsruhe. Picks up mines and a landing ability that might actually trigger in the average game thanks to the Konigsberg’s speed. The Nurnberg is still a much better cruiser at the same price point, so we didn’t gain much here. Powergaming Grade: C
