The Murasame is very similar to the popular Isokaze… its one point less, slightly weaker in guns (but lessens this with the ability to reroll one attack late game), but other than that, both sub hunt and fire long-lance torpedoes. The big advantage that most IJN destroyers have is range three torpedoes that do 3 hull instead of 2 hull damage. Murasame is a solid choice and at least ties Isokaze in a cost vs firepower comparison.

This may very well be better than the Isokaze. Same torpedoes and has the same SAs, plus night fighter. Slightly weaker mains, but for a point less. I'll just take both of 'em.
