A great unit if you are playing a convoy scenario and a good unit if you don't need anymore planes but have 7 points left. Truth be told, its a solid unit… with the same range 3 firepower that most IJN destroyers have and an okay asw and aa rating it can do more than just sacrifice itself for convoys (but there's probably better uses of 7 points in a non-convoy IJN fleet).

At seven points, it's pretty good. Should definitely consider taking one or two in your LLT builds.
