A proper pure close escort for france but coming in at 10 points Mogador has HSR to keep pace with the other HSR and chase units france has and very powerful gunnery for a destroyer. Perhaps a touch expensive at 10 points but it does have alot of the SA's you want on a french DD that go well with the existing ones.
