Nachi is Myoko's better priced sister. Stats are the same, cheaper than Myoko, but the SAs are better than Myoko. Of course, Long Lance is the same, but Cruiser Killer is a lethal addition. So if you need a Flag Bonus, go with Myoko. If you don't want the flag, go with Nachi.

The above was written before Haguro was released. Haguro now completely obsoletes this ship—better VA, better range-3 torpedoes, better AA, better price. No brainer.
