Ooyodo: Comparisons to Atlanta are inevitable, Atlanta has better AA + armor costs a point less and has a torpedo while Ooyoda has the benefit of flag 2 and secondaries. Atlanta is very much a hit or miss unit if your opponent brings air it is extremely effective, if your opponent doesn't have much air and it is forced to fight with it the results are generally not too good the same will be the case for Ooyoda but it does have flag 2 which will give it the benefit of being the initiative centerpoint of a fleet.
