This is a very cost efficient unit that will become a staple in soviet builds. USSR dd's and cruisers are generally pretty weak gunnery wise so having a 5/8/1 air unit with 9 bombs and split the defence and bad weather fighter for a bargain 9 points will be perfect for tackling enemy cruisers, carriers and dd's.
