Vergilius Powergaming Evaluation:
Romania gets a cheap destroyer, mainly for scenarios on the Black Sea. Although destroyers that lack range-2 torpedoes are not too exciting, this destroyer does have a few gaming plusses. Coast tactics provide concealment when adjacent to coast or islands. Concealment is not to be underestimated. Convoy Screen may see more value now that Auxiliaries are more useful and plentiful throughout the game, providing an AA bonus. Not a power piece, but one that might see some use when unrestricted. C
