Great combination of useful SA's with Lay smoke screen, Bad weather fighter and hit and run giving the soviets a top notch DD. The only things really holding back this unit from a perfect 4 star rating is the range 1 torpedoes and weak gunnery but for 7 points this is going to be the main soviet DD in builds. Using hit and run to move into smoke will be a common tactic when possible.
