Soviet M3 Lee

Unit Card:

Set - Rarity - Number

Reserves - Rare - 11/45

Historical Background:

Originally designed as a stopgap tank to be put into production quickly, the M3 Lee had a 75mm main gun mounted in it's hull with a 37mm secondary gun mounted in its turret. This ended up being a tactical drawback as the main gun could only fire when the vehicle was facing it's target. American M3 Lee were provided to the USSR under the Lend-Lease program.

The same price as a T-34/76 Model 1942 , but slower, less protected, and without as powerful of a main gun. Only really useful if you're expecting to fight a large number of weak vehicles and even then it's questionable.
