Tenryu: A cheap non LL cruiser option for the IJN , Tenryu suffers from weak stats but does possess a good non LL torpedo stat line for a 9 point cruiser at 2/2/1. Night fighter and opening salvo(especially with its torpedoes) are nice but I don't think Tenryu will see much play simply because of the great options the IJN possess.
