Tosa: Filling a void that didn't need to be filled Tosa possesses great gunnery + durability but is slightly hampered by slow 1 that can be rectified by the oil tanker. Personally I will stick with Nagato for the 6 points you save and the flag 2 but players wanting something closer to the 56-58 point USN BB options Tosa will certainly be appealing.
