U-25: The main comparison here is towards the U-510 as the cheap wolfpack KM option. Your shedding 1 point for 1 less vital and 1 less die at range 1 and gaining aux hunter which will really only be useful if you encounter a Queen Mary. If you need those points this is a great option as your primary U-boat choice. The high rating here is more about the strength of German Uboats in general and the fleet building flexibility this will grant you.
