Another unit people have been waiting for. Langley is really a ship meant for long range carrier battles. While this is a very specific job, she excels at it. The allowance of one extra plane on your land base is huge when you are trying to pack in an extra Shadowing plane. Seaplane Reserves is a wonderful compliment to Seaplane Basing, as now when you loose a PBY you have 50% odds of getting it back. While that might not seem to be bog deal, when you loose a PBY, it can ruin your build. Now you can have some comfort even when you lose placement. It is specialized, but it is very good at what it does. C+
