The main selling point of this unit is the 3 hull, the rest of its abilities don't quite justify the 15 cost. Its shell installation with 4 dice is much improved over the pitiful tritons 2 but there is no guarantee you will even have a target and its overall torpedo stat line is weak for the cost.
