The first appearance of a tanker in the game. Neosho is a helpful unit, because it allows you to bring a slow battleship, and not allow slow to affect you as much if at all. This allows you to have a more flexible build, as a bad slow roll can ruin your day. Now, you can buy insurance against that. Still, she seems to be a point over costed, and her gunnery and AA are nerfed too low for some odd reason. This unfortunately hurts a unit that could have been quite interesting in the game. D+
