Now you have a second option for that San Francisco sculpt that you do not have. New Orleans packs that ever interesting Determination, which can be a total dud or one of the most annoying SAs in the game. She makes an excellent ship to pair with a smoker, as she lacks flag or any initiative bonuses, and while crippled can make two survival roles while in smoke and crippled. Desperate AA adds to her survivability against air attack. Over all she makes a decent escort or a Battleship or a unit to cover a swarm. Expect to see her from time to time. B
