The best American cruiser that can be used early in the game. The Flotilla leader is a bit out of place, but certainly can be used to full effect.

San Fransisco is one of the best cruisers in the game. She has decent guns, decent armor and decent AA. Her flotilla leader makes her a must in a fleet, and survivor makes her a force to be reckoned with.

Shocked when this went for over $27.50, and Musashi went for exactly $22.50 in an auction, and USS Mass. went for about $21. But considering it is the only U.S. ship (that I know of) with Flotilla Leader, I suppose it isn't a complete shock.
Anyway, decent stats and the only U.S. ship (I believe) with Flotilla Leader, at an overall decent price. Definitely a must-have piece for any USN player.
