Another unit that excels at chucking dice on the table, Wisconsin comes with the added benefit of Bad Weather Fighter. This makes her an extremely powerful unit when teamed up with a smoker. Not only that, but she lacks flag which makes her even better in smoke builds. This makes Wisconsin a top tier battleship that should see a good amount of play. A
